we are being assured that we do not need to worry about kagan because she is "well within the mainstream of modern liberalism". i would argue that the modern mainstream of american liberalism is batshit crazy. and incapable of respecting the constitution.
and i'd like to see eharmony sort this one out. maybe the reason kagan is still alone has nothing to do with her looks or supposed lesbianism. maybe it's that she's the kind of scary fanatic that even liberal men don't want to be around.
