UPDATE:  Attack Cartoons is holding steady at 1.8% of the vote. Yes, it's sort of Ru Ron Paul territory, but at least not last place.

My scanner has crapped out again. Looks about time to get a new one. So no toons for a few days.

Tuesday is the sixth anniversary. sadly, for me the day has become more about dealing with idiot troofers than any remembrance of the victims. They'd be funny if not for them aiding the enemy.

Have been playing a game where I take a random event in history, and try to uncover the deep troof beneath it.

• The titanic sank in 1912. ONE-NINE-ONE-2, 911!
• Steel melts at 2700 degrees, the iceberg was less then 32 degrees.
• The lookouts were not issued binoculars: Clear evidence of a stand down order.
• When the stern broke off, it was obviously controlled demolition.
• John Jacob Astor died on the titanic. He had an account at a bank across the street from a bank where George Bush's great-grandfather worked.
• Icebergs that far south are a sign of global warming.
• All the Jews stayed home.

I went to the protest Saturday. Meant to do a little photo essay. It's a lot harder than Zombietime makes it look. The hippies just wouldn't hold still. Didn't see anything that insane. This is Los Angeles, not Berkeley. And there were cops everywhere. But I got a few interesting shots.

I call this guy "Chinpubes". His t-shirt has a "No War" slogan over a picture of Marxist murderer Che Gueverra. I wonder if he was born without the ability to perceive irony, or if he lost it in some sort of accident. It's also an example of what I call "GAY for Che". I swear all these wankers have man crushes on the revolutionary thug. They fall asleep dreaming of his beard tickling the back of their necks. Well, you get the idea.

Have a cartoon idea, the caption reads... "If they ever give congress an enema, they'll shove the hose up Mark Foley." Just can't really think of a tasteful way to draw it though. I was actually looking forward to the outing bloodbath. Looks like it's been postponed, thank you Kim Jong Il.

There has actually been activity in the message boards. I wish you anonymous types would just pick a screen name. It would make things a lot simpler. I swear we're not going to spam you or anything.

Lastly, Christmas is coming up. Nothing says "I love you" like original art work. Figure $100 per cartoon. More if someone has written in calling the piece "hateful". Special discounts for "progressives" who want to burn them.

After work I go down to the local coffee shop and watch the hippies interact. It's social anthropology somewhere between Goodall and Treadwell. It's kind of sad though. Hippie guy wants to hit on a girl. The hippie girl wants to be hit on. But he won't shut up about Loose Change. Eventually she gives up, wanders off, and finds a real man.

Now hippies, listen, I actually want you to have girlfriends. And then wives, kids, mortgages, jobs, bills, etc. All the things that will trap you in the system and keep you too busy to obsess on retarded conspiracy theories.
